Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and end-user devices, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Server and Application Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and business applications to ensure seamless functionality and user accessibility.
• Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain our network infrastructure, encompassing switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPN connectivity to guarantee secure and efficient connectivity across the organization.
• Active Directory and User Management: Administer Active Directory, user accounts, email services, permissions, and access controls to maintain robust security and compliance standards.
• Odoo ERP Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Odoo ERP system, managing user access, system configurations, and troubleshooting to ensure the system aligns with our business needs and supports operational efficiency.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Implement and maintain comprehensive backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard our critical data and ensure minimal downtime during unforeseen events.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide end-to-end technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• IT Asset and License Management: Oversee IT asset inventory, software licensing, and compliance to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of complex technical challenges and alignment with our strategic goals.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations, while continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and technological advancement.
• Project and Initiative Support: Assist in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and future technology initiatives to drive innovation and keep our systems aligned with industry best practices.
