We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager – Technology Planning to lead our IT department’s strategic planning function. Key Responsibilities

As the Manager – Technology Planning, your role will be instrumental in steering the IT department toward strategic success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the IT department’s planning framework to ensure seamless alignment with RSG’s evolving business objectives and future growth initiatives.
• Governance and Performance Optimization: Establish robust planning, governance, and performance management practices that enhance transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the IT function.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate business needs, support digital transformation, and drive scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• External Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure IT priorities are met, services are aligned with business goals, and maximum value is derived from all engagements.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation in planning processes, operational coordination, and governance standards to build a more agile, scalable, and high-performing IT organization.
• Strategic Input and Reporting: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the department’s leadership, ensuring timely communication of planning reports, performance updates, and management dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in technology planning, governance, and strategic IT leadership. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field such as Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Master of Engineering, MBA) are highly preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience in roles related to Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or IT, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in technology-focused environments.
• Familiarity with finance and procurement processes, including budget management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Proficiency in technology software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline planning and reporting processes.
