Operator – Production Excellence Role

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operator, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Production Monitoring and Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive production reports to track performance metrics and ensure transparency in operational outputs. Your attention to detail will help identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement, contributing directly to our strategic goals.
• 24/7 Process Oversight: Actively monitor the printing process around the clock, ensuring that every stage—from material input to final output—adheres to predefined standards. Your vigilance will be instrumental in maintaining consistency and minimizing downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of finished products, verifying dimensions, print registration, color accuracy, and visual integrity. Identify and document any defects, such as misaligned dots, ink smears, or inconsistencies, and escalate findings to the Quality Control (QC) team and Team Leader for immediate resolution.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Proactively diagnose and address operational challenges, from minor adjustments to critical malfunctions. When issues escalate, communicate effectively with the Team Leader and Lead Operator to implement corrective actions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Sample Preparation and QC Collaboration: Prepare and provide roll samples for QC evaluation, facilitating timely quality assessments. Your collaboration with QC personnel will be essential in upholding our commitment to delivering flawless products to our clients.
• Maintenance Coordination: Promptly report any equipment breakdowns or mechanical damages to the maintenance team and Team Leader. Your proactive communication will help expedite repairs, reducing downtime and preserving production efficiency.
• Performance-Driven Execution: Actively contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of accountability. Your dedication to meeting targets will align with our broader organizational objectives.
• Task Delegation and Team Coordination: Assign and oversee tasks for support staff, ensuring that all operational needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Your leadership in delegating responsibilities will strengthen team cohesion and productivity.
• Documentation and Compliance: Accurately fill and sign roll and pallet labels, maintaining meticulous records to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.
