As a **Telephony Engineer**, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of telecommunications infrastructure, bridging critical systems that power modern industries. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership: Review and validate telecommunications design documents, system architectures, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
• System Engineering: Provide specialized engineering support for a wide range of telecommunications systems, including fiber-optic networks, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, public address (PA)/general alarm (GA) systems, telephone/data networks, and radio communications. Ensure these systems are designed for optimal performance and scalability.
• Vendor and Material Management: Prepare and review technical material requirements and Material Take-Offs (MTOs), while evaluating vendor proposals and technical documentation to guarantee compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Act as a technical liaison between telecommunications, electrical, instrumentation, IT, and civil teams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all project disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities to verify that all systems meet performance benchmarks and client expectations. Address technical queries on-site to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Project Handover: Lead Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and as-built records are maintained for future reference and maintenance.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold strict adherence to international standards, client-specific requirements, and industry regulations, while fostering a culture of safety and quality throughout all project phases.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a **highly skilled Telephony Engineer** with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in telecommunications. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of **5 years** of relevant experience in telecommunications engineering, with a preference for candidates with **industrial or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project experience**. Prior exposure to projects in Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of:
• Fiber-optic networks and structured cabling systems.
• CCTV, access control, and PA/GA systems.
• Data and communication networks, including industrial telecommunications.
• Relevant international standards and client-specific requirements.
