Your Impact

As the Territory Manager for Spine, your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of spinal care in the region. You will:

• Drive Revenue Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy aligned with Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s Spine business unit goals, ensuring consistent achievement of financial targets while maintaining a focus on long-term value creation.
• Lead Field Operations with Precision: Allocate 75% of your time to in-field activities, engaging directly with surgeons, hospital leadership, and healthcare decision-makers to promote our innovative spinal solutions, educate on best practices, and drive adoption of our products.
• Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including clinical specialists, marketing, and supply chain—to ensure seamless execution of field operations, customer-centric initiatives, and strategic initiatives that enhance the value proposition for healthcare providers.
• Elevate Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, orthopaedic surgeons, and healthcare institutions, positioning Johnson & Johnson MedTech as the trusted partner of choice for advanced spinal care solutions.
• Innovate and Adapt: Stay ahead of industry trends, leverage data-driven insights, and introduce innovative approaches to address the evolving needs of surgeons and patients in the Saudi Arabian market.

In this role, you will play a critical part in our ongoing commitment to advancing orthopaedic care. As part of Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division, you will also be positioned to transition seamlessly into our upcoming standalone orthopaedic company, DePuy Synthes, following the anticipated separation process. This transition will provide you with the opportunity to continue driving impact within a newly independent organization dedicated to delivering the highest standards of orthopaedic innovation.
