Key Responsibilities

As the Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the formulation and execution of IT infrastructure and cloud operations strategies, ensuring they align with business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Governance and Compliance: Design and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and standards for cloud and infrastructure environments to guarantee scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Cloud and Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the planning, deployment, and continuous optimization of cloud and infrastructure services that support mission-critical and business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business units and shared services to ensure IT infrastructure and cloud initiatives are delivered in alignment with operational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Process Excellence: Define and govern operational processes, service management models, and roles to ensure accountability, efficiency, and service excellence across the organization.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with cloud service providers, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cost efficiency, and performance benchmarks.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, or DevOps.
• Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and infrastructure solutions.
• A strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and scalable operations.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Fluent proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
