• Cost & Performance Monitoring: Oversee cost forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to guarantee adherence to project budgets. Leverage data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with international standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements. Implement quality control measures to uphold Parsons’ reputation for excellence in infrastructure development.

Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of **10 years of experience** in project control, specifically within **metro, rail, or large-scale infrastructure projects**, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of **project management methodologies**, including earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, and risk assessment frameworks.
