Your Role and Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Lead Electrical Design Excellence: Oversee the full spectrum of electrical design—from concept and feasibility to detailed engineering, tendering, and construction support—for new builds, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments. Your technical leadership will ensure systems are not only compliant but optimised for performance, sustainability, and future adaptability.
• Drive Integrated Solutions: Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, sustainability specialists, structural consultants, and architects, to deliver cohesive electrical designs that align with broader project goals. Your ability to resolve complex interfaces will be critical in achieving high-performing, energy-efficient environments.
• Specify and Innovate: Design and specify critical electrical systems such as low-voltage power distribution, lighting (including emergency and smart solutions), standby power, UPS systems, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV/ICT interfaces. Leverage your expertise to evaluate alternative technologies and energy-saving opportunities, ensuring designs meet regional, Saudi Arabian, and international standards.
• Ensure Technical Rigour: Produce and review comprehensive technical documentation, including calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings, while upholding rigorous quality assurance and risk management protocols. Your attention to detail will be vital in mitigating technical challenges and ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and Lead: Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to junior and graduate engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team. • Engage Stakeholders: Act as a trusted technical advisor in client, design, and site meetings, articulating complex design intent, risks, and solutions with clarity and confidence.
