As an Assistant Manager in the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR policies and programs with organizational objectives to enhance performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

In this strategic and collaborative role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and department heads, providing data-driven insights and HR solutions to address business challenges and support organizational growth.
• Talent Development: Lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent by designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, onboarding programs, and career development frameworks.
• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs, ensuring alignment between business goals and HR strategies while addressing skill gaps and succession planning.
• Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by driving engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements while advocating for best practices in HR governance and compliance.

• Performance Management: Partner with managers to establish clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and implement development plans to drive individual and team success.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting HR metrics, workforce data, and business trends to inform decision-making.
