Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Oversee Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control policies, procedures, and standards to align with company and client requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address non-conformities proactively.
• Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide a team of quality control professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes precision, accountability, and innovation. Provide training and guidance to ensure team members adhere to best practices in quality management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of quality control measures throughout project lifecycles. Act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership to advocate for quality-driven decision-making.
