Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and Implementing Comprehensive Testing Plans: Create detailed testing and commissioning strategies aligned with project specifications, industry benchmarks, and regulatory standards such as ISO, API, or ASME to ensure adherence to global best practices.
• Systematic Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough pre-commissioning inspections, functional testing, and performance evaluations to verify that all equipment, systems, and installations meet design requirements and operational expectations.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Analyze test data, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering and operational teams to implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of commissioning activities, including test procedures, results, observations, and recommendations. Prepare clear, concise, and professional commissioning reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring Compliance and Safety: Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies throughout all testing phases, fostering a culture of accountability and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge Transfer and Training: Facilitate the seamless transition of systems from commissioning to operational status by conducting training sessions and transferring critical knowledge to maintenance and operational teams.
