Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following core activities:

• Event Conceptualization: Develop innovative event themes, agendas, and narratives tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.
• Strategic Planning: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget allocation, and timeline coordination, while adhering to JLL’s high standards of excellence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution, from initial ideation through post-event follow-up and feedback analysis.
• Creative Execution: Oversee design, décor, technology, and AV requirements to create immersive and engaging event experiences that captivate audiences.
• Budget Management: Monitor and optimize event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or client expectations.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct evaluations to assess event success, gather client feedback, and propose improvements for future engagements.
