As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing managers, content creators, and brand strategists, to develop cohesive campaigns that captivate our audience. Your ability to stay ahead of industry trends, leverage cutting-edge design tools, and adapt to evolving digital platforms will be instrumental in elevating JLL’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually striking graphics, including social media posts, infographics, banners, and promotional materials, using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with JLL’s brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts to optimize engagement and reach across target audiences in the region.
• Monitor social media analytics to assess performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement in audience interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce cohesive and on-brand content, including videos, presentations, and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the development of brand assets, including logos, templates, and style guides, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What We Look For:

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage, given the multicultural audience in Riyadh.
