As a key member of our security team, you will oversee a comprehensive range of security functions, from identity and access management to network security, vulnerability mitigation, and incident response. Your strategic insights and technical proficiency will be instrumental in protecting our systems against evolving cyber threats while aligning with industry-leading frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Microsoft 365 Security Operations: Oversee security configurations for Microsoft 365, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies to ensure robust identity protection and access controls.
• Network and Infrastructure Security: Monitor and manage firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), VPNs, and network security to maintain a secure perimeter and prevent unauthorized access.
• Vulnerability Management and Hardening: Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments, implement remediation strategies, and enforce security hardening across systems to reduce exposure to cyber threats.
• SOC and Incident Response: Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) in real-time threat monitoring, incident investigation, and response efforts to minimize downtime and damage from security breaches.
• Privileged Access Governance: Manage privileged access controls and conduct regular access reviews to ensure least-privilege principles are enforced and compliance is maintained.
• Email and Threat Protection: Strengthen email security, deploy anti-phishing measures, and configure Microsoft Defender to combat evolving email-based threats.
• Vendor and Infrastructure Assessments: Perform technical security evaluations of third-party vendors and internal infrastructure to identify and address potential security gaps.
• Compliance and Standards Alignment: Support adherence to ISO 27001 and other security compliance requirements, ensuring our practices meet global best practices and regulatory demands.

This role demands a **highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist** with a proven track record of **5+ years** in cybersecurity, specializing in Microsoft 365 security, network infrastructure, and vulnerability management. Your expertise in ISO 27001 compliance, SOC operations, and threat detection will be critical in safeguarding our digital assets. Preferred certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, AZ-500, SC-200, or SC-300 will further enhance your impact.
