Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Advisory Execution:** Support the origination and delivery of financial advisory mandates, ensuring timely execution with a focus on maximizing client returns and operational efficiency.
• **Transaction Structuring:** Develop innovative financial structures tailored to project and corporate finance needs, balancing risk mitigation with strategic growth opportunities.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Act as a key liaison between Mizuho’s global teams—including **MEA Regional Headquarters**, **Mizuho Saudi Arabia**, and cross-functional finance units—to foster collaboration and alignment.
• **Financial Modelling & Pitchbook Development:** Prepare sophisticated financial models and pitchbooks to support client presentations and decision-making processes.
• **Market & Product Expansion:** Identify cross-market opportunities and cross-sell complementary financial products to enhance client value propositions.
• **Cross-Functional Support:** Provide operational and analytical assistance to the team, contributing to the seamless execution of departmental objectives.
• **Adaptive Problem-Solving:** Execute additional duties as assigned by the **Managing Director** or **Team Head**, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities.

Qualifications & Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated **Project Finance Advisory Associate** with a proven track record in financial advisory, structuring, and client relationship management. Your expertise will be critical in navigating complex transactions across **Power, Renewables, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure** sectors. The ideal candidate will bring:

• **Essential Qualifications:**
• A degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Comprehensive **Project Finance** and **Structured Finance** experience, with a strong foundation in financial modelling.
• Deep knowledge of **project and corporate finance structures**, coupled with the ability to devise creative, client-centric solutions.
• Proficient **English and Arabic** communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal expression.
• Prior experience in **banking or financial advisory**, including hands-on exposure to transaction origination and execution.
• **Highly Desirable Skills:**
• Experience in **Middle East transactions**, particularly within the **Originate-to-Distribute (O2D)** framework.
• A strong understanding of **relevant markets, financing sources, and regulatory landscapes** to support strategic decision-making.

• Sector-specific insights into **Power, Renewables, Natural Resources, and PFI/Infrastructure**, enhancing your ability to advise clients effectively.
