Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong academic foundation in systems analysis and software development.
• Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SRS documents and system design solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma), workflow diagramming (Microsoft Visio), and database management, including an understanding of relational models and optimization techniques.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: A keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions that align with business goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, document requirements, and present findings.
