Key Responsibilities

Your impact will be felt across multiple critical areas:

• Strategic Framework Development: Capture and analyze the current ZATCA IT infrastructure and networks delivery framework, conduct thorough benchmarking, and research emerging industry trends to develop forward-thinking guidelines and standards that align with global best practices.
• Project Leadership: Lead the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure and network projects, from requirement gathering and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate business needs, design detailed project plans, and ensure timely delivery of solutions—including software, hardware, servers, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
• Technical Implementation: Oversee the installation and deployment of critical network components such as routers, switches, load balancers, and other infrastructure elements. Document all changes meticulously to maintain transparency and facilitate future reference.
• Testing and Validation: Actively participate in the testing and validation of infrastructure and network components, identifying issues proactively and coordinating with stakeholders to implement corrective action plans. Ensure thorough retesting and revalidation to guarantee system effectiveness and reliability.
• Problem Resolution and Escalation: Address and resolve escalated technical challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
