Key Responsibilities

In this influential role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment: Contribute to the formulation of the IT Planning and Management business plan, ensuring it is fully aligned with the broader organizational strategy, particularly in alignment with ZATCA’s vision and goals.
• Financial and Operational Impact: Identify and propose high-impact cloud initiatives that drive cost efficiencies, enhance operational agility, and mitigate financial and operational risks, thereby contributing to the organization’s bottom line.
• Service Development and Innovation: Define and refine ZATCA’s IT and digitization service offerings to empower business users with the tools and capabilities they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Ensure these services are continuously updated to meet evolving business needs.
• Service Catalog Leadership: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT functions to develop and maintain a comprehensive IT and digitization service catalog that reflects current and future requirements, ensuring it remains a dynamic resource for the organization.
• Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the Cloud Computing CoE portfolio, ensuring that all initiatives are executed in alignment with business requirements and customer needs, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Talent Development: Actively participate in the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of top-tier talent to strengthen the CCoE and broader IT teams.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and support direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and adherence to established policies and processes.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this transformative role, you will bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required. A Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience: An optimal 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have held managerial-level positions for at least 3 years. Your background should demonstrate a proven track record of driving cloud initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
