As a General Practitioner at My Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive, high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, addressing a diverse range of acute and chronic health conditions. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of clinical and administrative duties, ensuring holistic patient care and operational excellence:

• Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, to accurately diagnose and manage a wide array of medical conditions.
• Occupational Health Leadership: Lead regular health screenings, occupational health assessments, and protective training sessions to mitigate workplace hazards and promote a safe, healthy work environment.
• Diagnostic and Treatment Expertise: Order, interpret, and utilize laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools to inform evidence-based treatment plans. Formulate differential diagnoses and implement effective interventions for acute and chronic illnesses, such as respiratory infections, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Chronic Disease Management: Provide ongoing care and management for patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, arthritis, and heart disease through coordinated monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling.
• Emergency and Urgent Care: Deliver prompt triage and urgent medical care for acute injuries, illnesses, and emergencies, including trauma, chest pain, and respiratory distress. Stabilize patients in critical situations and facilitate timely transfers to higher levels of care when necessary.
• Collaborative Care Coordination: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to complex patient needs.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records, including patient histories, diagnostic results, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring adherence to electronic health record (EHR) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Professional Growth: Embrace continuous learning and adapt to evolving medical practices, technologies, and healthcare protocols to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this dynamic role, we seek a General Practitioner with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Occupational and Industrial Medicine, demonstrating proficiency in workplace health management and preventive care.
• Licensure: A valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license, along with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and preferably Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with diverse patient populations and colleagues.
• Clinical Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong foundation in preventive care and health education.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing medical equipment, interpreting diagnostic tests, and leveraging electronic health record systems to streamline patient care processes.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to build trust with patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and navigate complex medical scenarios with empathy and professionalism.
