Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, establishing **coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines** to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. • Architectural Design & Innovation: Design **scalable, secure, and high-performance** OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) adhering to **OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles**. • Integration & System Interoperability: Architect and implement **complex integrations** with external systems, including **CRM platforms (e.g., Creatio), APIs (REST/SOAP), databases (SQL Server/Oracle), and .NET backends**. Leverage your expertise in **Integration Studio and Service Center** to ensure seamless data flow and system cohesion.
• Delivery & CI/CD Excellence: Oversee the **end-to-end technical delivery** of projects, ensuring **code quality, performance optimization, and efficient CI/CD pipelines** within OutSystems **Service Studio and Lifetime**. Drive automation and best practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with **Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers** to translate business requirements into **technical specifications**. Provide **accurate development estimates** and ensure alignment with project timelines and KPIs.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve **complex technical challenges**, including **performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and critical production issues**. Implement proactive monitoring and mitigation strategies to minimize downtime.
• Governance & Security Compliance: Enforce **strict security protocols**, including **access control, data encryption, and OWASP Top 10 mitigation**, to safeguard enterprise applications. Ensure compliance with **industry standards and organizational policies**.
