Key Responsibilities

As a strategic member of our sales team, your role will focus on maximizing our on-shelf presence and ensuring our products are positioned for optimal visibility and sales across all assigned retail outlets. You will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact merchandising strategies, maintaining brand integrity, and driving customer engagement through targeted promotions and sampling initiatives.

• Optimize Retail Visibility: Execute daily merchandising activities in accordance with approved planograms, ensuring our Snacks, Snack Foods, and Beverages (SSFL) products are strategically placed in high-traffic areas, including shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Enforce Brand Standards: Adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices to maintain freshness and quality, while removing sub-standard products and ensuring clean, well-stocked displays at all times.
• Monitor Competitive Landscape: Actively track competitor activities and report any deviations from agreed terms or agreements with assigned outlets to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive Promotional Engagement: Participate in in-store sampling, redemption campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance consumer interaction and boost sales performance.
• Report and Communicate: Provide daily performance updates to your supervisor, including adherence to journey plans, execution standards, and any market insights that could influence strategic decisions.
• Uphold Professional Standards: Maintain a polished appearance and conduct yourself in alignment with PepsiCo’s code of conduct, representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

• Execution Standard: Consistency in adhering to merchandising protocols and planograms.
• LTA (Long-Term Agreement) Enforcement: Ensuring compliance with retailer agreements and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Efficiently managing your daily route to maximize productivity and coverage.
