Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of data management tasks, including but not limited to:

• Data Collection and Compilation: Gather and compile comprehensive data from all operational departments, ensuring accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and material consumption. Monitor daily physical stock usage in glaze line preparation and digital ink sections, maintaining real-time accuracy for seamless reporting and analysis.
• SAP System Execution: Execute critical T-codes in SAP to post daily production quantities for GPS, Press, Glaze Line, Ink Jet, Firing, Squaring, and Polishing. Manage consumable materials and inventory receipts, verify stock levels using MB52, and resolve posting errors via COGI. Release purchase orders (CO02) and retrieve production order information (COOIS) to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily and monthly Excel reports, including production summaries, wastage analysis (glaze line and GPS), recovery metrics, and shift-specific performance indicators. Compile comprehensive KPI dashboards to support customer complaint investigations and operational audits. Prepare gap analysis reports and daily production balance sheets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordination and Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between departments to address material discrepancies and ensure alignment with production schedules. Assign batch codes in accordance with operational timelines and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
• Data Accuracy and Integrity: Maintain impeccable data accuracy by updating systems in real-time, adhering to deadlines, and minimizing errors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of precision and accountability.
