Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Design and administer enterprise-wide IAM solutions, ensuring seamless user provisioning, access modifications, and revocations in accordance with organizational policies.
• Lead privileged access management initiatives, including the implementation and maintenance of **CyberArk** and other PAM technologies, to safeguard critical systems and mitigate insider threats.
• Conduct comprehensive user access reviews and certification campaigns to validate compliance with access control policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor privileged accounts rigorously, enforcing the principle of least privilege and ensuring continuous alignment with security best practices.
• Support internal and external audits by providing meticulously documented evidence of access control measures, ensuring seamless compliance verification.
• Collaborate closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to implement scalable access control solutions that balance security with operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly, maintaining high service quality and minimizing downtime or security gaps.
• Stay ahead of evolving threats by continuously evaluating and enhancing access control strategies to counter emerging cybersecurity challenges.

Qualifications and Technical Proficiency

We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious professional with a proven track record in identity and access management. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, reflecting a strong technical foundation.
• **At least 4 years of hands-on experience** in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Control, with a focus on enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in **enterprise IAM and PAM technologies**, including hands-on experience with platforms like **CyberArk**, **One Identity**, and **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**.
• A deep understanding of **Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)**, user access reviews, and certification campaigns to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Familiarity with **cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements**, including the **SAMA Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)**, to navigate complex compliance landscapes.
• Preferred Certifications (though not mandatory) include:
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer
• One Identity Certified Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
