As a Junior Traffic Engineer within our esteemed team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing traffic systems that enhance mobility, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Supporting complex traffic engineering projects from inception to execution, ensuring seamless integration of solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Conducting in-depth research and data analysis to inform decision-making, leveraging insights to refine traffic management strategies and improve system performance.
• Assisting in the preparation of critical documentation, including traffic signal plans, traffic impact reports, and PS&E (Preliminary Engineering and Design) documents, with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative traffic solutions that align with regulatory standards and client objectives.
• Contributing to additional project tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on transportation or traffic engineering preferred.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Hands-on experience with industry-leading software, including Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, and CORSIM.
• Proficient proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
