Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Validation: Review and validate electrical designs, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to guarantee precision and adherence to project requirements.
• BIM & Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Lead electrical services integration through **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** and **Revit**, ensuring clash-free coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• System-Level Oversight: Conduct rigorous reviews of electrical installations, including power distribution networks, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, low-current infrastructure, and BMS interfaces, to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
• Documentation & Quantity Management: Prepare and verify **Bill of Quantities (BOQs)**, quantity take-offs, and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Support & Problem-Solving: Provide expert guidance to site electrical engineers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement innovative solutions to enhance project performance.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Execute **technical and QA-QC inspections**, witness critical testing procedures, and support commissioning activities to verify system functionality and compliance with global standards.
• Non-Conformance Management: Author technical evaluations and actionable recommendations for non-conformances, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to project milestones.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with **Saudi Building Code, SEC regulations, NFPA standards**, and other applicable international guidelines to mitigate risks and uphold project integrity.
