In this on-site position based in Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to implement robust quality control measures. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Direct and mentor a team of DQA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute quality assurance strategies that align with Almarai’s long-term business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to national and international quality standards, including ISO, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
• Process Optimization: Drive operational excellence by analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management, production teams, and external auditors to resolve quality-related challenges and maintain seamless communication across all levels of the organization.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill team members, ensuring they possess the expertise needed to uphold Almarai’s quality benchmarks.
• Innovation & Technology: Leverage quality management systems (QMS) and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve traceability, and enhance decision-making.
