In this full-time position based in the heart of Riyadh’s Financial District, you will be responsible for managing room service orders with precision, ensuring seamless communication between guests and kitchen staff, and maintaining the integrity of our service operations. Your role is integral to creating memorable stays for our guests, from handling inquiries about our curated wine selections to addressing dietary restrictions and special requests with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all room service orders via telephone with clarity, professionalism, and a guest-centric approach, ensuring accurate order placement and real-time communication with kitchen staff.
• Provide expert guidance to guests regarding our wine selections, including origin, vintage, and pairing suggestions, while maintaining a welcoming and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Coordinate follow-up calls and ensure timely updates for guests regarding order statuses, delays, or any operational changes that may arise.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen to guarantee compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a pristine work environment throughout your shift, adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
• Process all transactions efficiently using our MICROS system, including order entry, payment processing, and daily reporting to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
• Uphold all company policies, safety protocols, and security measures, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to management while completing mandatory safety training.
