As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess their infrastructure needs, recommend tailored Red Hat solutions—particularly Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform—and deliver high-impact results. Your work will not only enhance operational efficiency but also foster long-term strategic partnerships, positioning Red Hat as a trusted advisor in the cloud and open-source space.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert at customer sites, addressing complex IT challenges with precision and innovation, while aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous learning by staying ahead of emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable strategies that address evolving customer demands.
• Deliver high-quality, multi-project outcomes across diverse industries, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance in every deployment.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication, proactively addressing potential risks and keeping all parties informed of project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, from problem identification and system architecture to software specification, testing, and deployment of open-source solutions.
• Create comprehensive project documentation that serves as a valuable resource for both Red Hat and client leadership teams.
• Adapt swiftly to changing requirements, ensuring agility and responsiveness in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with:

• Proven experience in consulting or a related technical role, with a track record of enterprise-wide deployments and solution architecture.
• Advanced expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and deep knowledge of Red Hat cloud technologies, including Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with robust project management and planning skills to navigate complex challenges.
• A commitment to professional growth, demonstrated by either an existing Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification or a willingness to pursue it within 90 days of joining.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100% of the time) to support global clients and projects.

Preferred: Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI will be highly valued and could significantly enhance your impact in this role.
