Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all legal matters, including contract negotiations, compliance programs, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead the legal team in delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and corporate policies.
• Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and strategic legal decisions.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and regulatory interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement in legal processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Foster a culture of legal awareness and compliance across all departments and business units.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven leadership experience as a General Counsel, Legal Director, or equivalent role in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
• Strong background in contract law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific legal challenges, particularly within the industrial or services sector.
