Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning and Execution: Lead the development of annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Utilize data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and enhance productivity across all departments.
• Financial Analysis and Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess market trends, sales performance, and expense structures. Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making that enhances financial health and operational agility.
• Risk Management and Control: Implement robust financial controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and mitigate potential financial vulnerabilities. Oversee internal and external audit processes to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative environment where accountability, integrity, and excellence are prioritized. • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and executive committee, providing clear and persuasive financial insights to drive strategic initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders—including owners, corporate leadership, and operational teams—to ensure financial strategies are understood, supported, and executed effectively.
• Cash Flow and Working Capital Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and operational resilience. Align financial practices with brand standards and owner requirements to maintain optimal liquidity and financial health.
• Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Track actual performance against financial projections, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency. Facilitate regular review meetings with management to assess progress, address challenges, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
