Key Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy and Education: Serve as a trusted advisor to patients and their families, offering expert guidance on health management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Lead nurse-led outpatient clinics, delivering high-quality, patient-centered consultations that empower informed decision-making.
• Research and Evidence-Based Practice: Actively engage in reviewing and implementing evidence-based protocols to guide clinical practice and enhance patient care standards. Contribute to research initiatives and share findings to promote best practices across the organization.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Foster a collaborative environment by promoting effective communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among colleagues, patients, and visitors. Qualifications and Requirements

To thrive in this impactful role, you must possess a blend of advanced clinical skills, leadership acumen, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong foundation in clinical practice and theoretical knowledge.
• Clinical Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of nursing experience with a Master’s degree, or six (6) years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrating proficiency in specialized clinical settings.
• Licensure and Certification: Current Registered Nurse Licensure from your country of origin, along with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure. Additionally, certification in one of the following specialized areas is required:
• Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB)
• Board of Wound Management (ABWM)
• Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO)
• Professional Attributes: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for lifelong learning. Experience in mentoring, research, and quality improvement initiatives is highly valued.
