Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on three core pillars: End-of-Line (EOL) NVH Quality Support, Production Issue Investigation, and Launch Support. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• End-of-Line NVH Quality Support: Monitor and analyze NVH quality metrics in real-time, ensuring production trends align with Lucid’s rigorous standards. Lead the development and refinement of EOL screening processes, setting industry-leading benchmarks for vehicle acceptance. Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify potential quality concerns before they escalate, while supporting the validation of objective and subjective NVH assessments.
• Production Issue Investigation: Act as a key investigator in resolving NVH-related concerns identified during manufacturing. Conduct thorough root cause analyses at both vehicle and subsystem levels, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools like microphones, accelerometers, and SCADAS systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective containment strategies and validate corrective actions, ensuring long-term quality improvements.
• Launch Support: Play a pivotal role during vehicle launches and production ramp-ups, validating manufacturing processes and EOL screening systems. Collect and analyze launch vehicle data to pinpoint opportunities for optimization, participating in pilot builds and production validation activities to ensure a seamless transition from development to full-scale production.
• Testing & Analysis: Perform rigorous objective and subjective vehicle evaluations using state-of-the-art equipment, including Squadriga systems and specialized software tools. Analyze vibration and acoustic data to generate actionable reports, supporting critical engineering decisions and troubleshooting efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Service Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Product Engineering teams to address NVH performance challenges. Bridge technical gaps by communicating findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, while working closely with Plant NVH Technicians to ensure consistency and repeatability in data collection.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to reduce warranty-related NVH concerns through early defect detection and process optimization. Contribute to best-practice implementations, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and test efficiency to elevate Lucid’s reputation for unparalleled quality.
