We are seeking a **Finance Analyst – M2M and Trade** to join our Business Finance Trading team, where you’ll leverage your analytical expertise to support our made-to-measure business, refine financial processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you’ll take ownership of critical financial responsibilities that directly influence our operational efficiency and strategic direction. Your work will span cost management, financial reporting, and trade support, ensuring our made-to-measure business operates at peak performance. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Cost Management and Financial Reporting: Lead cost reviews for our made-to-measure business, including month-end postings, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting while preparing bonus calculations for virtual consultants and cost centre analyses for Executive Performance Reviews (EPR). Dive into variance analysis and outturn projections to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise performance.
• Investment and ROI Analysis: Support Non-Stock Capital Expenditure (NsCap) evaluations by reviewing and challenging business cases. Monitor weekly or monthly ROI reports by category to assess performance, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Trade and Data Insights: Collaborate with trading teams to generate standard and ad-hoc reports, providing actionable financial insights that drive informed decision-making. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful narratives will be instrumental in shaping our business strategy.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment where financial acumen meets real-world impact. You’ll gain exposure to core financial processes while pursuing a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with full study support provided by Dunelm.
