As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in steering Askable’s financial health while driving operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will own the development and implementation of robust financial systems, ensuring our business remains agile, compliant, and poised for exponential growth. Your Impact Will Be Defined By

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Drive SaaS metric analysis—such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), churn rates, and Average Contract Value (ACV)—to identify growth opportunities and optimize financial performance.
• Scalable Financial Systems: Develop and refine scalable accounting systems tailored to our global operations, ensuring seamless integration across regions. Collaborate with external tax advisors to maintain compliance while leading our Tax R&D program to minimize liabilities and maximize efficiencies.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline treasury practices to manage cash flow, investments, and liquidity effectively. Build and refine internal processes and procedures to support our fast-paced growth, ensuring financial operations align with our ambitious expansion plans.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier finance talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Empower your team to thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and adaptability are paramount.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re seeking a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record of driving financial success in high-growth, tech-driven environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of a scaling SaaS business. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a CA or CPA qualification.
• Hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS business, where financial acumen directly impacts strategic decision-making.
• Proficient use of ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
• A collaborative mindset, enabling seamless partnership with operational stakeholders across departments.
• An adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a growth-focused mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities for innovation.
