You will define our tech stack, set industry-leading security standards, and oversee software and IT investments across our global operations—currently spanning the UK, Ireland, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with expansion on the horizon. Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking IT strategy that enhances operational efficiency, supports global growth, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing work environment. You will assess technology needs across all geographies, ensuring our systems are agile, secure, and aligned with our consultancy’s core values.
• Tech Stack Governance: Maintain a comprehensive overview of our current technology landscape, including ownership, costs, redundancies, and opportunities for rationalisation or replacement. Act as the primary decision-maker for new tools and software, ensuring every investment aligns with our strategic goals and delivers long-term value.
• Digital Transformation: Drive automation, integrations, and the development of internal tooling that streamlines workflows, reduces operational friction, and empowers our teams to focus on high-impact consulting. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a scalable IT foundation that supports our data-driven approach to healthcare innovation.
• IT Leadership and Supplier Management: Oversee our outsourced IT support while strategically planning the growth of an internal IT capability. Hold suppliers accountable for performance, ensuring they deliver on commitments that align with our technological and operational standards.
