Key Responsibilities

In this strategic finance role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute long-term financial planning aligned with Group standards, ensuring compliance and driving sustainable growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders, enabling informed business decisions that align with strategic objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with senior management to enhance business performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements that foster operational efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals. Provide proactive oversight to mitigate risks and highlight opportunities for profit maximization.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Deliver comprehensive financial analyses that link reporting metrics to broader business strategies, ensuring transparency and accountability across multiple entities, jurisdictions, and resources.
• Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by automating finance processes, leveraging technology, and engaging stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity.
• Commercial Insights: Analyze customer profitability and provide strategic recommendations to optimize pricing, margins, and commercial decisions, ensuring alignment with profit maximization goals.
• Project and Integration Support: Contribute to Group finance projects, including performance dashboards, robotic process automation, and new reporting tools using Business Intelligence. Support M&A initiatives and integration efforts as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local statutory requirements, including the preparation and submission of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings within strict deadlines.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop finance team members, both locally and within the Shared Service Centre, through regular feedback, performance coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes financial discipline and operational excellence.
