Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span operational oversight and instructional leadership, including:

• Workshop Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams and inmate participants. Supervise and instruct inmates in all aspects of construction and maintenance work, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver accredited training programs aligned with industry standards, including induction training on safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices. Guide inmates toward achieving recognised qualifications, ensuring assessments meet approved criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and diverse stakeholders, including non-English speakers and culturally diverse groups. Adapt your approach to foster clear, respectful, and inclusive interactions.
• Ethical Leadership: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, adhering to organisational policies and codes of conduct. Remain composed under pressure, providing accurate and verified information while maintaining transparency in all professional interactions.
