Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all departments.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of human, financial, and material resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste, ensuring optimal utilization of assets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, engineering teams, and external partners to align planning efforts with business goals and industry standards.
• Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential operational challenges and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and quality.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical evaluations and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes, ensuring that all initiatives are grounded in sound engineering principles and best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports to measure progress, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in **Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Research, or a related field** is required.
• Proven experience (minimum **5+ years**) in **planning, project management, or operational optimization** within a corporate or industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency in **planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems)** and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).
