Key Responsibilities & Strategic Focus

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Define and execute a cohesive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with executive vision, translating business priorities into actionable plans, budgets, and performance-driven outcomes. Stay ahead of market shifts, audience behavior, and digital culture trends to ensure long-term relevance and competitive advantage.
• Lead partnerships, creator, and community initiatives by cultivating high-impact ambassador programs, sponsorships, and influencer networks—including streamers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and community-driven platforms like Discord and Telegram. Ensure all engagements are scalable, compliant, and commercially viable.
• Build and optimize an integrated acquisition and distribution engine that spans owned media, creator collaborations, affiliates, social platforms, SEO, and paid channels. Continuously refine channel economics to maximize efficiency, scale, and return on investment (ROI).
• Drive content and SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility across search engines, social platforms, and emerging AI-driven discovery tools, ensuring our brand remains discoverable and engaging in evolving digital landscapes.
• Oversee paid acquisition and affiliate growth by managing high-performance campaigns across social, programmatic, and biddable channels while developing a sustainable affiliate ecosystem focused on revenue-sharing and commercial performance.
• Lead marketing technology, data, and AI initiatives to streamline attribution, analytics, automation, and reporting. Harness AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign execution, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every level.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics with precision, providing transparent reporting to executive leadership on investment allocation, acquisition economics, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across acquisition, partnerships, content, affiliates, and technology functions. Establish clear ownership, scalable processes, and performance standards to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation by aligning marketing activities with advertising regulations and responsible business practices. Collaborate with AML and fraud teams to address risks such as fraudulent acquisition channels and promotional abuse.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders, including Product, Casino, Sportsbook, Predict, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders, to translate broader business objectives into focused marketing strategies that drive global growth.
