We are currently seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in the Middle East. This role will position you at the forefront of AI deployment, bridging our flagship product, North, with enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. North is our revolutionary AI workspace platform, enabling secure, customizable AI integration while maintaining full data sovereignty. By working closely with our clients’ engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprises leverage AI to drive operational excellence.

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to assess security requirements, infrastructure needs, and data management best practices.
• Design and implement scalable deployment strategies that align with client-specific demands while adhering to stringent compliance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges with agility, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-centric engineer with:

• A proven track record of deploying enterprise software in private, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments, with hands-on experience in large-scale production systems.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration, including cluster management, Helm, and distributed system optimization.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git, with a focus on automation and reliability.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization, including GPU node orchestration and inference systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling seamless communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A passion for high-velocity environments where adaptability and problem-solving are paramount.

While experience with GPU scheduling, distributed systems, and performance optimization is a significant advantage, we value curiosity and a proactive mindset above all.
