As the **Network Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless, secure, and high-performance operation of our hospital group’s critical network infrastructure. This position demands a strategic visionary with deep technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain robust enterprise networks that support clinical operations, medical devices, and interconnected facilities—all while safeguarding against cyber threats and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

In this leadership-driven role, you will oversee the entire network lifecycle—from architecture and security to daily operations—across multiple campuses, data centers, cloud integrations, and inter-hospital links. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Network Leadership: Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade networks encompassing wired, wireless, voice, and cloud connectivity, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and high availability across all hospital facilities.
• Advanced Network Architecture: Lead the development of routing, switching, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and QoS frameworks to guarantee seamless connectivity for clinical applications, medical devices, and administrative systems.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Implement and enforce robust security measures, including firewalls, network segmentation, intrusion prevention, and secure remote access protocols to protect sensitive healthcare data and critical infrastructure.
• Incident Response and Resilience: Drive incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams and clinical stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure rapid recovery during network disruptions.
• Vendor and Team Management: Oversee a team of engineers, manage vendor relationships, and align network initiatives with budgetary constraints while maintaining stringent service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Medical Device Integration: Collaborate with Biomedical Engineering to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance connectivity for medical devices, balancing operational needs with cybersecurity best practices.
• Performance and Compliance Monitoring: Validate network coverage, capacity, and failover mechanisms, while maintaining comprehensive documentation, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, with at least 3+ years leading technical teams and a proven track record in network security, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in networking principles and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, wireless design, firewalls, and network segmentation, including experience in high-availability environments such as hospitals or similar 24/7 critical operations.
• Experience supporting healthcare networks, including medical device connectivity, and familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring platforms is highly valued.
• Certifications in networking or cybersecurity (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, CISSP, CCSP) are a significant advantage, as is prior experience in hospital or medical device network environments.
