As a Room Attendant, you will be the backbone of our hotel’s cleanliness operations, ensuring every guest room, public area, and amenity reflects the luxury and comfort our establishment is renowned for. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of tasks designed to uphold the hotel’s impeccable standards:

• Guest Room Excellence: Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, replenishing supplies, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure carpets are vacuumed to perfection, and all amenities are in pristine condition. Conduct regular inspections to verify the functionality of room features and promptly report any maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
• Public Area Maintenance: Keep corridors, public spaces, and equipment surrounding guest rooms spotless. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pantries and storage areas to ensure operational efficiency.
• Guest Interaction and Service: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance. Address inquiries with professionalism, offering solutions or escalating concerns to the appropriate team members as needed. Whether it’s providing additional towels, explaining hotel services, or resolving minor issues, your role is central to enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Turn-Down Service: Deliver a personalized turn-down service to assigned rooms, including neatly arranging bedding, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the bathroom is immaculate. This thoughtful touch elevates the guest experience and reinforces the hotel’s commitment to luxury.
• Late Check-Out and Special Requests: Handle late check-outs and any additional cleaning or service requests with the same level of care and efficiency, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Lost and Found Coordination: Promptly report any lost items to the Supervisor and Order Taker, coordinating the retrieval and safekeeping of found belongings.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records on assignment sheets, noting any special guest requests, incidents, or areas requiring follow-up. At the end of each shift, provide a detailed report to the Supervisor, highlighting any unusual situations or discrepancies that may impact guest satisfaction.
• Cost and Supply Management: Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by monitoring the use of cleaning supplies and ensuring efficient inventory management.
