As a **Hotel Cleanliness Expert**, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, elegance, and hospitality across our luxurious resort. Your dedication ensures that every guest leaves with lasting memories, not just a clean room, but an exceptional journey.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for upholding the legendary Ritz-Carlton standards of excellence. Your responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive Cleaning and Maintenance: Deliver impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and public spaces, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to luxury and precision.
• Guest-Centric Service: Anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism, discretion, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
• Efficient Operations: Stock and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities with meticulous attention to detail to maintain seamless operations.
• Adaptability and Initiative: Move dynamically between tasks, including lifting, carrying, and transporting items up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg), to ensure all areas of the resort meet our rigorous standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and hospitality teams to uphold the resort’s pristine appearance and operational efficiency.
