• Client-Centric Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively with minimal oversight. Deliver prompt, high-quality solutions to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Conduct thorough preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery. Implement proactive measures to mitigate potential failures and extend the lifespan of critical assets.
• Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and HVAC/CVCA diagrams. Utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and rectify complex issues across various domains, such as:

• HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control panels
• Plumbing and drainage systems
• Pneumatic and electronic control systems
• Building automation and energy management systems
• Kitchen equipment and specialized machinery
• Vehicle and fleet maintenance
• Energy conservation and building management protocols

Additionally, ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, when performing maintenance tasks.

• Advanced Technical Repairs: Execute intricate repairs on physical infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment, including HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and pool heaters. Adhere strictly to company standards, local regulations, and industry best practices to guarantee safety and reliability.
• Equipment and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels for maintenance supplies and procure necessary parts and materials to minimize downtime. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of critical components.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication across departments by documenting daily activities, reporting issues, and sharing insights through approved communication channels. Ensure alignment with broader operational goals and maintenance strategies.
• Technical Leadership and Training: Mentor junior engineers and team members, providing guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and technical troubleshooting. Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold all company policies, safety regulations, and certification requirements. Report hazardous conditions, accidents, or near-misses immediately to ensure a secure working environment. Store flammable materials and hazardous substances in accordance with safety guidelines.
