Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine QA/QC protocols and standards for data center operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of hardware, software, and infrastructure components to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Investigate and resolve technical discrepancies, equipment failures, or operational inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot complex issues, document findings, and implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess data center efficiency, uptime, and overall operational health, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards, conducting risk assessments and recommending best practices for mitigation.
• Document all QA/QC activities, findings, and corrective actions in detailed reports, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory updates, advocating for process improvements that enhance data center resilience and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in QA/QC roles within data centers, IT infrastructure, or related technical environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center hardware, cooling systems, power distribution, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, ITU-T, or NIST, as well as compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in documentation tools, project management software, and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM, IBM Maximo).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in QA/QC, ITIL, or data center operations are a plus.
