We are seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to join our elite team and take ownership of the design and execution of high-impact dry utility infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will lead the integration of Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV), Street Lighting (SL), and Telecommunications (TEL) networks, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with industry-leading standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering world-class infrastructure projects that drive progress and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of comprehensive dry utility systems, including MV, LV, Street Lighting, and Telecommunications networks, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Design Excellence: Develop, review, and coordinate detailed engineering drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation to ensure precision, efficiency, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Compliance and Standards: Oversee all designs to guarantee full compliance with company protocols, client specifications, and applicable engineering codes and regulations, including those governing major markets such as the UAE and KSA.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a bridge between dry utility, civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines, facilitating seamless coordination and integration of systems across complex infrastructure projects.
• Quality Assurance and Problem-Solving: Manage design coordination, QA/QC processes, and technical reviews to identify and resolve challenges proactively, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Mentorship and Project Oversight: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and contribute to project planning, client engagement, and the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

To excel in this Senior Dry Utilities Engineer position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by a robust foundation in engineering principles and practices.
• Experience: At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in the design and delivery of dry utility infrastructure projects, with a proven track record in MV, LV, Street Lighting, and Telecommunications network systems.
• Regional Expertise: Extensive experience working on major infrastructure projects in the UAE and/or KSA, demonstrating familiarity with local regulations, market demands, and cultural nuances.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-leading software tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM software, ETAP, and DIALux evo. Experience with Revit is a significant advantage.
• Standards and Best Practices: Deep knowledge of dry utility design standards, multidisciplinary coordination techniques, and rigorous QA/QC processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
