Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification & Outreach: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize high-value leads, leveraging industry insights, CRM tools, and data analytics to refine targeting strategies.
• Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including cold outreach, digital marketing, and networking initiatives, to engage potential clients effectively.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients by delivering personalized value propositions, addressing their pain points, and aligning Metahive Events’ solutions with their business objectives.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, response rates, and sales pipeline growth, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client service teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs, align messaging, and contribute to cross-functional goals.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new avenues for lead generation and business expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the events, marketing, or B2B sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage, given the regional focus.
