As the Risk Management Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Risk Oversight: Develop and implement a robust risk management framework tailored to the Metro PMCM project, ensuring alignment with international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Risk Identification and Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments, leveraging data-driven methodologies to identify potential threats—whether technical, operational, financial, or reputational—and evaluate their impact on project objectives.
• Mitigation and Contingency Planning: Design and execute proactive risk mitigation strategies, including the development of contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure business continuity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and government authorities, to foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian and international risk management standards, including ISO 31000 and project-specific regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on risk metrics, KPIs, and mitigation effectiveness, providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements by analyzing past incidents, lessons learned, and emerging risks to refine risk management protocols.
