Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards to mitigate risks and ensure a secure working environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to align expectations and resolve challenges proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality, conduct regular inspections, and address deviations to uphold FDG’s reputation for excellence.
• Budget and Performance: Develop and manage project budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 10+ years of experience in site management, project management, or a similar leadership role within the construction, infrastructure, or operational sectors.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared objectives.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, risk assessment, and quality control.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems) and digital tools for project tracking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A commitment to safety, sustainability, and compliance with local and international standards.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous, given the operational environment in Riyadh.
