As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be a cornerstone of our Finance team, ensuring the financial health and operational integrity of the school. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to maintain accurate financial records, streamline billing processes, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Entire Accounts Receivable Cycle: Oversee the complete spectrum of accounts receivable, from billing and invoicing to collections, reconciliations, and reporting. Your role will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the school’s month-end closing and audit processes.
• Billing and Invoicing Excellence: Prepare and issue tuition fee invoices, as well as invoices for additional services, using advanced billing systems, price books, contracts, and sales orders. Apply approved discounts with meticulous documentation to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Customer-Centric Collections and Support: Administer the Zenda payment system and manage non-Zenda collections with professionalism and care. Follow up on overdue accounts with strategic reminders and collections, adhering strictly to school policies while maintaining positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
• Refunds and Query Resolution: Process refunds and address payment-related inquiries with professionalism, ensuring clarity and satisfaction for all parties involved. Your role will be instrumental in resolving discrepancies and maintaining trust in our financial processes.
• Daily Banking and Financial Compliance: Perform daily banking activities, including cash and cheque deposits, and ensure timely bank reconciliations. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining accurate financial controls and supporting the school’s broader financial strategy.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Your contributions will help identify trends, optimize cash flow, and support strategic financial planning.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work seamlessly with finance, administration, and other teams to ensure alignment between financial operations and the school’s overarching goals. Your role will bridge financial processes with the broader mission of delivering an outstanding educational experience.
